Surviving Narcissistic Abuse Group (SNAG)

Surviving Narcissistic Abuse Group (SNAG) is a safe space designed to provide a safe space for survivors of toxic relationships with narcissistic abuse for support and connection with others.

Mindful Mondays

Every Monday at 12 pm I practice a new mindfulness technique. Register to join or subscribe for updates to follow along later by visiting the Mindfulness and Self-Care page to follow recorded practices with information about how and why the techniques are beneficial.
