“I have been seeing Michelle for close to 2 years and I have never felt as comfortable in a coaching session as I do with her. I find her to be very attentive and she picks up on little cues that seem insignificant to me, but tell her a bigger story. She is great at knowing how to push you out of your comfort zone, but also recognizes the fine line of when she’s pushing too much and is able to back down. She has helped me to understand where a lot of my issues stem from, which has opened up the door to genuinely healing from the trauma. I still have a long way to go, but I am so thankful I have someone that I can trust and be vulnerable with to help navigate everything that life has thrown at me so that I can be the happiest and most mindful version of myself that I can be”

“I just completed your Parenting Class . I wanted to thank you for your candid sharing of your own personal experiences as well as your professional insight. I didnt think the class would have relevancy for me as my children are 18 and 19y. In fact I requested the court waive the parenting class requirement . Fortunately that request was denied! The class was not only relevant to them but to me as well , as the 3 of us try to navigate the nightmare of our family split. I appreciate your sincerity and encouragement . Your life’s work is truly helping others .”
