Surviving Narcissistic Abuse Group (SNAG)

March 14 @ 7:30 pm8:30 pm

You are not alone.

SNAG is a safe space designed to provide survivors of narcissistic abuse with tools for healing and reducing vulnerabilities to future toxic relationships. Group members are at all stages of healing from a variety of toxic relationships.

We meet every other Thursday at 7:30 pm. You are welcome to join in person at my office in Hamilton, Ohio or over Zoom. There is a suggested donation of $20 per group meeting, but please don’t let money interfere with seeking support. When you register it will ask if you want to pay the $20 immediately or later—if you are not in a position to donate, choose the option to pay later.

Register for upcoming groups here. If you’re joining by Zoom you will get an email with the link the day of the event. If you are coming in person, let me know ahead of time so I can make sure the door to the lobby is unlocked for you.

Melanie E. Mize, Attorney at Law, will be joining our April 11th group!

I am excited to share that we are collaborating for workshops, programs, and presentations to bring you the best information for how to emotionally, socially, and legally navigate healing from narcissistic relationships! On April 11th Melanie is joining our group to discuss legal issues related to narcissistic abuse. If you plan on coming, please take a minute to complete the SNAG: Legal Guidance Survey so we can prepare the topics you are most interested in learning about.

Sign up for the SNAG email updates here.

Check out the Mindfulness and Self-Care page and my Videos and Podcasts page for free resources for support while you heal.

If you are interested in increasing your ability to regulate your emotions, move through the world more purposefully, and manage overwhelming anger and anxiety, consider registering for updates on upcoming programs or sign up for your free consultation for individual coaching.
