Surviving Narcissistic Abuse Group (SNAG)

May 23 @ 7:30 pm8:30 pm

You are not alone.

SNAG is a safe space designed to provide survivors of narcissistic abuse with tools for healing and reducing vulnerabilities to future toxic relationships. Group members are at all stages of healing from a variety of toxic relationships.

We meet every other Thursday at 7:30 pm. You are welcome to join in person at my office in Hamilton, Ohio or over Zoom.

Register here.

If you’re joining by Zoom you will get an email with the link the day of the event. If you are coming in person, email me of time so I can make sure the door to the lobby is unlocked for you.

Sign up for the SNAG email updates here.

I send out week ahead and two-day ahead reminders for group. You can register online up to 24-hours before the group, but you can email me to see if there is space left the day of the group. Special guests, upcoming events, and recorded videos related to surviving narcissistic abuse are shared in these reminders and updates.

Donate here.

This is my gift to you because I believe so strongly in finding others who get it. There is nothing more needed than being around others who understand the uniqueness of being scarred by narcissistic abuse. It takes a healthy chunk of time to this, though, so if you agree it is a valuable resource, and are able and willing to provide a donation to support the effort,  your help is appreciated.

There are free resources to explore on the Mindfulness and Self-Care page and Videos and Podcasts page for support while you heal.
