Mindful Mondays

JOIN MEĀ for FREE Mindful Mondays via Zoom every Monday at 12 pm to practice new mindfulness techniques, build a routine, and hone your skill. You’ll spend less than 10 minutes each Monday following along, which takes up a fraction of your lunch break! Register here.

Mindfulness and self-care are a necessary part of emotional wellness. They improve your self-confidence, increase your ability to regulate your emotions, and and improve your physical health. Creating a regular practice enhances the benefits over time and helps you improve your relationships and quality of life.
