F! Feeling Bad Begins

F! Feeling Bad is a hybrid (members join online and in person) educational group for understanding the function of emotions and building skills for relief from their intensity in a safe space with supportive and similarly challenged others. At the end of the program you will better:

  • Understand your emotions
  • Shatter false beliefs about emotions
  • Survive moments of distress
  • Establish and maintain control over your emotions


Program members receive:

  • 8-weeks of one-hour group interaction for skills development
  • A free guided journal in PDF form
  • Access to exclusive online content
  • Access to ongoing monthly peer-led support groups upon completion of the program
