For those of you leaving or divorcing a narcissist or high-conflict ex, first of all, CONGRATULATIONS!

Your first line of defense is to remove their emotional and physical access to you. If you must receive text notifications from them, you can protect yourself by knowing what to pay attention to in the three-screen long rants they send you. The middle is not your concern. 😉
